Buffalo Bounce Rentals

Party In Buffalo Bounce House & Party Rentals

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you guys properly insured?
Yes we are! While It’s illegal in most states to rent inflatables without state inspections and insurance, New York remains one of the few unregulated states in the country. Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies out there that ignore your safety and rent inflatable bounce houses without insurance. If you choose not to rent from Party In Buffalo, please research our competitors to ensure they are running a legitimate business and choose a company that is properly insured.

Do you offer Customer Pick-ups?
At this time we do not offer customer pick-up. Rest assured all of our employees are trained on how to transport and set-up our Bounce houses and Combo Units without damaging the unit, your property or themselves. Please let us do the heavy lifting.

What kind of power is required?
Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 100ft from that outlet.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a bounce house?
We do not require a deposit as long as your order is $300, or lower. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event as well as the bounce house theme you prefer. We will collect payment (Cash, Credit, Check or Money Order) the day of the party when we set up.

For larger orders, we require at least a $50 deposit. This deposit is refundable as long as you cancel a week prior to the event, or if the event has to be canceled due to weather.

Do you rent by the Hour?
The answer is, no. We take the setup and cleaning of our Bounce houses very seriously. We feel as though we would be offering our customers a disservice by doing so. Therefore, we only rent our jumps out once a day. This gives us time to make sure our inflatables are inspected, sanitized, properly installed with on-time delivery.

Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. Bounce houses are great for parks. Some parks require that you have reservations in order to have a bounce house at the park. Contact the park district for requirements. Also make sure there will be access to electricity and complete any necessary permits required. We do however, reserve the right to decline the reservation on certain days. Please call in advance for any park setups.

What is your weather policy?
Your child’s safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses. If we show up at your house and you elect to cancel the event, no payment is required. However, if you elect to proceed with the party, there is no refund once we have set the bounce house up.

How do I pay?
We Accepts Cash, Checks or Credit cards/debit cards on delivery.

When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive in the morning before your party begins. We always call the day before to setup a good time to meet someone at the location.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 100′ feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. Please let us know as soon as possible if we will be setting up on concrete so we can make arrangements for proper anchoring of your unit.

Can I change the unit I rent?
You may change rental unit for any other unit that is available at any time.

Do I need to supply anything?
We will bring everything needed to set up within 100 feet of a power supply. Please make sure there is a clean area for set-up, remove any branches, rocks or sharp objects.

Do you supply attendants?
YES! Call to book an attendant. More Info.

What if I have to cancel?
No problem. Just give us a call, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your bounce house to someone else, we usually have a waiting list. If you have left a deposit, it is refundable as long as it is 7 days before the event or the weather is determined to be unsafe for the rental of any equipment.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, sharp objects, silly string, adults using a bounce house not rated for adults) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation.. Also silly string, gum, candy and food stains or cleaning will be subject to $100.00 cleaning charge. Silly string damage is permanent and will be charged the entire cost of the unit, please be aware of this, once paid you will own the unit.
